Cancellation Policy:
If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time, no matter what the reason, $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. If appointment is rescheduled within 2 weeks, the $100 will be applied to that appointment.
Memberships and packages are non-transferable. Treatments within packages may not be substituted. Memberships can be cancelled at any time.

Black Label Membership
Payment is automatically billed monthly and gets banked in your client wallet and can be used towards any service at BeautyFx. Benefits include 10% off all Botox treatments, $50 off each syringe of filler, and 15% off of all skin care and supplements. This is best when injectable treatments are your main focus.
Glass Skin Club
Payment is automatically billed monthly and gets banked into your client wallet and can be used on any service at BeautyFx. This gives you 20% off of any Ultra+ Glass Facial, 10% off of Cellenis Derma, 10% off of ScarletPro or SkinPen microneedling and 15% off of skin care. This is best for clients looking for a more natural approach to skin wellness.
